At Rang-e-Gulzar, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return if:
- You received the wrong item
- The product is damaged, defective, or stained
- The item is incomplete (missing pieces)
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, and in its original packaging
- Tags, labels, and accessories must be intact
- Return request must be submitted within a day of delivery
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:
- Stitched / Customized / Altered articles
- Items damaged after use
- Products bought during sales, discounts, or promotions
- Colour differences caused by lighting or screen display
- Minor thread issues or variations in print that do not affect wearability
(Please note: Colour may slightly vary due to mobile and laptop screens.)
3. Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchange only (no cash refund).
You may exchange your item for:
- A different design
- Another product of equal value
- A product of higher value (difference must be paid)
4. How to Request a Return or Exchange
Please contact our Customer Support within a day of receiving your parcel.
Send us:
- Your Order Number
- Clear pictures of the item
- Brief reason for return/exchange
Once your case is approved, we will share the return address and further instructions.
5. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- If you received a wrong or damaged item, we will cover the return and reshipping cost.
6. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.
Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
7. Refunds
As a fashion brand dealing in stitched fabrics, we do not offer refunds.
8. Our Commitment
We aim to make your shopping experience smooth, transparent, and reliable therefore, we will send a video of the product in natural light to the customer before dispatching it.
